The eye-catching and stylish Kaari Table REB 003 was created by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec in 2015 for the Finnish furniture manufacturer Artek. The stylish collection called Kaari was created by the Bouroullec brothers and presented for the first time at the Stockholm Furniture Fair in 2015. Just as Alvar Aaalto's furniture is characterized by L-shaped legs, Ronan and Erwan's tables also feature a unique system of leg frames consisting of vertically curved wood and shaped steel. It became apparent during the design process that the legs could also support wall-hung objects such as shelves and brackets. The series that was subsequently created, Kaari, has an attractive silhouette created by the wing-shaped steel structure. Kaari combines Artek's traditional material choices with a new and updated design.

Kaari Table REB 003 consists of a frame in powder-coated steel and ABS. The legs are available in natural oak or black oak. As well as for the top, different finishes are available. Choose between white HPL, black HPL, black linoleum, or light gray linoleum for an individual look that can be adapted to your home. HPL stands for High Pressure Laminate and means that the board has a core produced from plywood and is high pressure laminated for a durable surface. Linoleum is also a chemically engineered material that has been widely used because of its good properties as it is durable, heat insulating, and sound absorbing.
