Ombra Table is a low coffee table designed by Jasna Mujkic for Zanat of Bosnia. The table is an eye-catcher in the room, with its asymmetrical shape on the tabletop in combination with wooden rhombuses with gaps in the structure giving it its special character. To stabilize the large tabletop, solid wood legs, some square and others rhombus-shaped, have been used, for a consistent look and feel. Ombra Table is available in a total of eight different finishes in four different wood types.
In 2012, the Ombra collection from Zanat won the Interior Innovation Award for its original character, which consists of small rhombus-shaped wooden elements that together form a pattern. Each table has a unique pattern with wooden rings from the rhombus facing different directions. From a durability perspective, this table is phenomenal in that it uses only solid wood and takes advantage of pieces of wood that might otherwise have become production waste.
