This beautiful work by Verner Panton is one of Verpan's bestsellers. The Fun 11DM is designed with small mother-of-pearl discs held together by stainless steel rings. The ceiling cap and frame are made of plated metal in a choice of chrome or brass. When the lamp is switched on, a pleasant, diffuse glow spreads through the discs, and, when in motion, they create a harmonious sound similar to a wind chime. Even when the lamp is switched off, daylight or other light in the room can be reflected in the discs and create shifts in the environment and the luminaire.
