For orders outside of Scandinavia we offer deliveries with DHL. We always offer free shipping on orders over €100.

Home delivery

Delivery method: DHL Parcel Connect and Budbee

Parcels and packages will be delivered during daytime to your home. The order will be delivered to the sidewalk near the front door (apartment/multifamily house) or plot boundary (villa). Our transport partner DHL will contact you to arrange time for the delivery. The delivery is acknowledged with identity card.

Please note that larger goods are often delivered on pallets and that the return of packaging or pallets is not included. It is also good to save the pallet and packaging in case of damage or return.

Curbside Delivery – Daytime

Delivery method: DHL. The order will be delivered to the property line/curbside on weekdays.

Once the carrier has received your order from us, you will be notified via email or SMS with available delivery options. You can then track your delivery in the carrier’s app or through a link in the SMS. Please present valid identification or verify your identity using BankID according to the carrier’s instructions.

Please note that larger items are often delivered on a pallet, and removal of packaging or the pallet itself is not included. It is also recommended to keep the pallet and packaging in case of damage or return.
