Brook Pouf in the Large size was designed by Tokujin Yoshioka for Moroso and was originally created for Issey Miyake's flagship store located on Brook Street in the heart of Mayfair, London. The name refers not only to the address but also to pebbles in a river, shaped by the action of water. The aim was to integrate the laws of nature into the design itself, and so Brook Pouf has a faceted profile that evokes the refined symmetry and slanted lines of gemstones.
