Flame Damascus Santoku from Mcusta / Zanmai is a Japanese chef's knife with a blade of 32 layers of Damascus steel and a core of VG-10 steel. The handle in red pakka wood offers a comfortable grip and is fixed with three rivets, one of which is decorated with mosaics. The bottom part of the handle is flat and can be used to crush garlic. The knife's blade length of 18 cm is optimal for versatile use in the kitchen.
