PK33 is an elegant three-legged stool from Fritz Hansen designed by Poul Kjærholm in 1959. The stool has a round seat with a leather-covered cushion that is removable. The cushion is attached with straps to a ring-shaped base in painted wood. An exclusive selection of leathers for the upholstery is available to choose from. The legs are made of chrome-plated, matt-polished steel and have black feet. PK33 has been manufactured using the same construction technique as the tables in the PK71 series and the PK80 daybed. PK33 demonstrates Kjærholm's great skills in furniture construction, where different materials have been combined with great finesse. The stool fits perfectly in a seating group together with several of Kjærholm's furniture, such as the PK80 daybed, the PK22 armchair, or the PK31 sofa from Fritz Hansen.
