Børge Mogensen designed the Søborg chair in 1950 and expanded the collection in 1952 by including a model with steel legs. Today it is manufactured by Fredericia Furniture. The Søborg chair is a combination of Mogensen's expertise in solid wood carpentry and modern molded veneer, resulting in a stylish construction. The generous proportions of the back and seat together with the soft padding offer exceptionally high sitting comfort.
