Sestiere Vase - is designed by Patricia Urquiola for the Italian brand Cassina. The vase is part of the Sestiere collection, which has interpreted the traditional Venetian glassmaking technique. Each vase is designed with a blown glass ball and a net of cords, called "morise" according to the Murano tradition. The handmade Moris have the characteristic striped motif of the lagoon, called "rigadin". The harmonious and modern combination creates an exciting work that elevates traditional Venetian glassmaking. The vase comes in several different stylish designs.
