The AV16 Pavilion Desk was created by the Norwegian design duo Anderssen Voll for the brand &tradition. Pavilion is a collection of chairs and desks meant to suit both home and office environments. Pavilion is inspired by the Langelinie Pavilion, a party hall built in 1884 in Copenhagen. The building, which has existed for 130 years, is a tribute to modernism, when Andersson Voll embraced the building's light esthetic and turned it into a collection of exclusive office furniture.
The series also includes the AV17 desk, which comes without a back panel, and chairs of the same design.
