Bauhaus Ceiling DMB 26 is a ceiling lamp designed in 1926 by Marianne Brandt who was one of the most prominent Bauhaus artistsis. She designed the lamp in her metal workshop in Dessau and it is now produced by the German company Tecnolumen. The Bauhaus Ceiling DMB 26 has an old-fashioned design with its spherical shade of opal glass set in a circular metal plate that can be chosen in nickel-plated metal or polished brass. From the metal plate, three thin metal bars extend up to the ceiling. The glass shade is available in several sizes. This lamp is perfect for a kitchen or bathroom and fits in with most interior styles.
