In 2020, Constance Guisset and Petite Friture present a new, updated version of the immensely popular Vertigo ceiling lamp under the name Vertigo Nova. Vertigo Nova has the same recognizable expression with its light, floating shape. The pendant lamp has a neat frame of fiberglass that is stabilized by tensioned straps in polyurethane. The thin but at the same time stable construction means that the lamp reacts to the slightest gust of wind and causes it to rotate like a mobile phone. This is the largest size measuring a full 190 cm in diameter and is seen here in a white version. A similar pendant is also available in a black version and in two smaller sizes.

The biggest difference between the updated Vertigo Nova and the design classic Vertigo is above all that this variant has been equipped with new, modern LED technology. The light source is integrated and hides behind a sphere of hand-blown glass that causes the ceiling lamp to spread a soft light around its surroundings. With Vertigo Nova, Constance Guisset wanted to try to shape light like an object. The aim was to transform the lamp's functional design into something beautiful where only what is essential remains. In addition to pendant lamps, the new Vertigo Nova includes floor lamps and wall lamps. What characterizes the lamps in the collection is the excellent balance between technology and elegance, a unique collection of design lamps that inspire to dream away.
