This top-class vegetable knife/paring knife has a well-crafted bolster between handle and blade. The blade is made of an alloy of extra hard steel with molybdenum, tungsten and vanadium, which makes the edge rust-free and extra durable. The knife is forged and comes from MAC's Pro series.
