This vegetable knife / paring knife from MAC's Pro series has an elaborate bolster between handle and blade. The blade is made from an alloy of extra hard steel, including molybdenum, tungsten and vanadium, which makes the edge both rust-free and very durable. The forged knife has a blade length of 12.5 cm and a wooden handle.
