From Gense comes Nobel Cutlery Set - 16 pieces. Designer Gunnar Cyrén designed the Nobel series for the 90th anniversary of the Nobel Prize and it is still used for the Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm. The Nobel 16-piece cutlery set was inspired by early 19th century silverware by Charles XIV Johan. The cutlery is made of stainless steel and has a lightly brushed finish on the handle and a high-gloss polished head. The set includes a table fork, table knife, table spoon and a smaller dessert spoon. Nobel Cutlery is machine washable.
Shaper Gunnar Cyrén is one of Sweden's most experienced designers in metal and glass. As a glass artist, silversmith and industrial designer, he has had a major impact on Danish and Swedish glass art and silversmithing. He has also been widely awarded and is represented in museums worldwide.
