The Havana floor lamp has a stylish design with a slightly oval shape, making it a beautiful detail in any type of room. The lamp shade is white and is made of polyethylene, and the base is available in aluminum or chromed metal. The light is pleasant and diffused and is controlled by On/Off switch or dimmer. The designer behind Havana is Jozeph Forakis, and it was launched in 2005 by Foscarini.
Both the name Havana and the oval shape of the lamp immediately recall Cuban cigars. The design has become incredibly popular around the world, even making it part of the permanent design exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
