The Mite floor lamp was created by Marc Sadler for Foscarini in 2000. Despite its impressive size of 185 cm, it feels light and airy in the room thanks to its slim fiberglass shape. The color is available in beige yellow or black with threads of carbon or Kevlar® running through the lamp, acting both decoratively and supportively. The stand is made of chromed metal. The lamp is available with or without a built-in LED.
Mite was awarded the Golden Compass d´Oro in 2001.
