The Pirellone floor lamp from FontanaArte was designed in 1967 by Gio Ponti, one founder of Italian FontanaArte. The floor lamp consists of two curved glass shades which are held together by a top and bottom in nickel-plated brass. Made of a separate tempered glass, the shades diffuse a soft, white light into the room. Pirellone comes with a transparent power cable and integrated dimmer that allows the brightness to be easily adjusted. The stylish design is suitable for many environments.
The Pirellone floor lamp and the Pirellina table lamp together make up one of FontanaArte's great classics that have been popular lamps for over 40 years.
