The POC Zester Grater is a small, flexible zester from the French brand Cristel. The grater is well suited for smooth and easy grating of, for example, citrus zest, garlic, cinnamon, chocolate, ginger or hard cheese. Like other utensils from the POC collection – an acronym that stands for "petits outsils de cuisine" which means "smaller kitchen utensils" – the zester is made of stainless steel and is suitable for professional kitchens as well as home cooks.
