Egyptian Table is a classic Danish design icon and created by Mogens Lassen in 1940 for Carl Hansen Søn. Made in oak or walnut with different finishes. The table comes in two different sizes on the top.
ML10097 is a refined small table with an attractive collapsible base. Inspired by the tables found in Tutankhamen's chamber in 1922, the piece was nicknamed the Egyptian Table. The table was exhibited for the first time in 1940 at the Cabinetmakers Guild exhibition in Copenhagen.
