Riga is a desk created by Marc Newson for Italian Cappellini in 1995. The table top is made of wood and the four legs and knobs are made of anodized aluminum to protect the material and provide extra strength. The design of the table with its two practical doors and matte lacquered wood is inspired by a jewelry table for home use and is available in several colors.
Newson is renowned for its design which should reflect the sense of modernity, retro, and practicality. Riga is a desk that brings a modern design to a room and works equally well in an office environment as it does in a hallway or children's room
