A sturdy cutting board from Boos Blocks made of solid maple with built-in slush and chute, perfect for professional chefs and home cooks alike. The slush is made of stainless steel and the chute is tilted towards the slush to collect meat juices. It is not dishwasher safe. For cleaning, wash with warm water and detergent and allow to dry completely. It should not be soaked or immersed in water. Oiled in every 3-4 weeks with Boos Block Board Cream and Boos Block Mystery Oil. Available in two sizes.
