Robust rod-glued cutting board from Boos Blocks made of solid maple, ideal for both professional chefs and home cooks. Not dishwasher safe. Clean the cutting board by washing it with warm water and washing-up liquid and allow it to dry thoroughly. Do not soak or immerse in water. Oiled in every 3-4 weeks with Boos Block Board Cream and Boos Block Mystery Oil. Available in two sizes.
