The Butcher Block from Boos Blocks is a robust cutting board made from solid walnut endwood, ideal for both professional chefs and home cooks. It is not dishwasher safe. For cleaning, wash with warm water and detergent and allow to dry completely. Avoid soaking or submerging the cutting board in water. Oiled in every 3-4 weeks with Boos Block Board Cream and Boos Block Mystery Oil.
