The frying pan is made of sheet iron, which is a material that can quickly rise in temperature. It is therefore not advisable to simmer food in the pan. Thanks to the choice of material, the pan does not become sticky easily, so you do not need to use so much fat when cooking. Prepare the pan before first use by pouring a little olive oil into the pan. Turn the heat to high and let it simmer. When the olive oil smokes, drain and wipe the pan with paper towels. Repeat several times to create a protective coating for the pan.
