The Casteline Removable Stainless Steel Wok is designed by the French brand Cristel. It is a quality wok made of three layers of stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel. The wok pan's different layers allow the heat to spread throughout the pan, which is ideal for wok cooking as it requires high temperatures to preserve the color, taste and nutritional value of the food. The tapered shape of the pan means that the food can be heated evenly with a little oil. It is easy to clean and compatible with induction stove, gas stove, grill, electric stove, ceramic stove and oven. Cristel offers a range of different types of handles to be able to offer a customized user experience which also enables easier storage. Handles are purchased separately.
