Bread knife 23 cm from KAI is a wave-toothed knife that, unlike a saw-toothed knife, can also be used to cut meat and fish without tearing the fibers. The knife has a core of VG-MAX steel and 32 layers of Damascus steel which, together with the hammered surface, gives a beautiful pattern. The handle is made of laminated Pakka wood of brown walnut. The bread knife fits both left- and right-handed people. The surface of the knives is hammered by hand, called Tsuchime in Japan, which gives both a timeless aesthetic and ultimate sharpness.
