The Fil de Fer lamp collection is among the most iconic designs from Catellani Smith, created by Enzo Catellani himself over 20 years ago. First created in a limited edition, Fil de Fer began production in 2002 for a wider market where the lamp was an instant success. In 2006, four custom-made pieces with a diameter of two meters were created for the prestigious Victoria Albert Museum in London, where four of them hang in the restaurant. Sweet Light is the smaller model of Fil de Fer.

Sweet Light is made through a solid craftsmanship; several aluminum wires are woven together by hand to form a sphere. The LED lightbulb provides an atmospheric twinkling glow in the room. The brightness can also be dimmed to create the right mood. The Sweet Light table lamp is available in silver, brass, and natural aluminum. Sweet Light becomes as much a piece of art as a lamp and is suitable for both classic and modern settings. Also available as a table lamp and ceiling chandelier with several different numbers of lamps. Exclusively handmade in Italy, right on the banks of the Serio River in the Bergamo area.
