The Mirto chair was designed by the designer Antonio Citterio for the Italian B&B Italia in 2014 and comes in this variant without armrests. The frame is made of aluminium. The seat is made of thick leather. Mirto is a modern version of the classic director's chair, both in proportions and choice of materials. Mirto fits both as a solitary, or in a group, for example around a dining table. The variant with armrests is foldable, which makes Mirto easy to store when not in use. Mirto is an exemplary example that it is possible to mix function and aesthetics.
