Yaxell Zen All Knife 12 cm is a versatile knife for different types of cooking. When the chef's knife feels too big and the paring knife too small, the utility knife is a perfect choice. It is ideal for chopping onions, chillies, herbs and smaller root vegetables and fruits. Yaxell Zen is an award-winning knife series with high quality. The knife blade has 37 layers of steel, with a core of hard VG10 steel and outer layers of softer steel, providing a sharp edge, strength and rust resistance. The design includes a hammered top surface and polished bottom that highlights the steel layers, and all blades are decorated with a hand-stamped logo. The handle is made of black micarta, produced by joining linen cloth and special plastic under high pressure, which gives a hard, water-resistant and hygienic material. The handle is attached with two strong steel rivets for extra durability and stability.
