Yaxell Super Gou Allkniv 15 cm is a versatile favorite in the knife block. It is ideal for chopping vegetables and cutting smaller pieces of meat. Yaxell Super Gou is an exclusive knife series. The blades consist of 161 layers of damascus steel with a core of Japanese powder steel SG2. This steel has a high carbon content and is very hard, which allows the edge to be ground extremely sharp. The powder steel is surrounded by 80 layers of rust-resistant steel on each side of the edge, with a hardness of 63 HRC. The red-black handle is made of micarta, a material that is produced by combining linen cloth and special plastic under high pressure. This provides a hard, water-resistant and hygienic material that is perfect for kitchen environments. The handle is attached with three strong steel rivets and has a stainless button at the end to ensure perfect balance.
