Satake Kaizen - Nikiri is a vegetable knife with a 16 cm long blade. The premium series Kaizen is from the capital of knives, Seki City, Japan. These knives feature an elegant 67-ply Damascus blade, 66-ply support steel and a core of high quality MVS10Cob steel. The handle is made of irregularly grained olive wood, which gives each knife a unique character. The name Kaizen, which means continuous improvement, reflects Satake's pursuit of the highest quality and perfection in this new series.
