Aluminium VIP Nubuk/Walnut is an armchair designed by Mats Theselius for Källemo. Here in the version with polished aluminium sheet which is an elegant contrast to its upholstery in nubuk in the colour Duet Gold, from Sörensens Läder. The furniture's rounded chair frame is made of solid precious wood oiled walnut. Aluminium VIP Nubuk/Walnut has a Dymetrol-upholstered seat and its back is upholstered with cold foam.
Aluminium is a reinterpretation of a classic design by the versatile designer Mats Theselius. The armchair is part of a series of products that have unofficially come to be known as the Theselius armchairs, where the common denominator is large pieces of metal combined with leather. The first Aluminium was launched in 1990, six years after Mats Theselius made his breakthrough with the Elkskin armchair, and today, with its industrial design, it is an internationally sought-after design.
