Nobel Butter Knife is designed by Gunnar Cyrén for Gense. The Nobel series was designed by Cyrén for the 90th anniversary of the Nobel Prize and has already become a classic. The butter knife was inspired by early 19th century and Karl XIV Johan's silver cutlery. The Nobel Butter Knife is made of stainless steel and has a lightly brushed finish on the handle and a high gloss polished blade. The cutlery is still used at the annual Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm. Nobel Butter Knife is machine washable.
