Nobel Gravy Spoon is designed by Gunnar Cyrén for Gense. The Nobel series was designed by Cyrén for the 90th anniversary of the Nobel Prize and has already become a classic. The cutlery was inspired by early 19th century and Karl XIV Johan's silver cutlery. A cutlery in Swedish design but with new details that surprise. The Nobel Sauce Spoon is made of stainless steel and has a lightly brushed finish on the handle and a high gloss polished head. The sauce spoon is still used at the annual Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm. The Nobel Sauce Spoon is machine washable.

Shaper Gunnar Cyrén is one of Sweden's most experienced designers in metal and glass. As a glass artist, silversmith and industrial designer, he has had a major impact on Danish and Swedish glass art and silversmithing. He has also been widely awarded and is represented in museums worldwide.
