The Rangthong Cheese Knife is designed by Jaivid Rangthong for the Rangthong brand. The cheese knife is made according to traditional Thai craftsmanship. All Rangthong products are made from a single piece of 18/8 stainless steel, where both blade and shaft are hammered over an open fire. The blade is highly polished while the shaft is left with an elegant raw finish.
All items are produced by hand in Thailand according to tradition. The seal on the items is your guarantee of the item's authenticity and guarantees that everything is forged in stainless steel of the highest quality. Rangthong Cheese Knife is machine washable with the handle down. All cutlery can also have its shiny part polished with stainless steel polish and the matte surface maintained with beeswax.
