Sonora – Opal was designed in 1976 by the world-famous designer Vico Magistretti for Oluce. The ceiling lamp is characterized by its clean, geometric shape consisting of a semicircle, which is familiar from the design classic Atollo, also designed by Magistretti. In this version, Sonora – Opal is made of Murano opal glass that gives the lamp a soft, diffused light. Choose from two sizes with a diameter of either 38 or 50 cm.Although Sonora – Opal has been around for over 40 years, it is as relevant today as when it was first launched. The pendant lamp is one of Vico Magistretti's most prized lamps, not only by the general public but also by himself.
