Theia - Table lamp was designed by Mathias Hahn for Marset year 2016. The table lamp has a base of iron lacquered in either white or black. The lamp has two shades, one made of spun metal that is lacquered and the other made of transparent plastic and has a light red shade. The different positions and materials of the shades create a modern and unique lamp.
Theia - Table Lamp takes its name from the Greek goddess Theia, goddess of the sun, moon and dawn. With Theia, designer Mathias Hahn wants to express his fascination with light. For this reason, he has created this lamp that is a fusion of both shadow and light in one. The lamp's design makes it possible to create subtle, indirect light or brighter, direct light.
