Kizu is a table lamp from New Works that Lars Tornøe designed in 2015. Kizu has a cylindrical base in light Carrara marble or black Marquina marble with a rounded top where a shade shaped like a crescent is positioned, together giving the illusion of the shade balancing on its base. The table lamp emits a pleasant ambient light and, thanks to its unique design, can be likened to a sculpture, making it a nice detail in the home even when it is turned off. For example, place Kizu in a window or on a bench in the hallway. Light sources are not included but are available to purchase from Nordiska Galleriet. Kizu previously came with a dimmer but now has an on/off button instead.Kizu is also available in a larger variant in our range, Kizu Table Lamp Large, which you can find here.
