Wa Wa is a popular lamp in minimalist design from Catellani Smith, tastefully created by Enzo Catellani. Comes here as a table lamp. Wa Wa was introduced at the Frankfurt Trade Fair where the lamp also got its name. Enzo Catellani saw a lady pointing at the lamp while saying "Wa Wa" repeatedly. He walked up to her and asked curiously what she meant. She told him that wa means perfect in Japanese, which is how the lamp got its name.
Wa Wa consists of a sleek, thin metal structure in nickel and has flexible arms in nickel-plated copper. Small round glass lenses conceal the LED lightbulb, providing an effective spread of light in the room. The glass lenses are removable and can therefore be replaced if necessary. The lighting can be adjusted with the integrated floor dimmer. Comes with black power cable. Wa Wa is handmade in Italy, just outside Bergamo on the banks of the Serio River.
