Enzo Catellani designed the Lucenera series of lamps for his Catellani Smith brand in 2000. The series includes the Lucenera 503 wall lamp, which consists of two carbon fiber tubes mounted on a single wall bracket. Catellani's idea behind the lamp was to create a product that gave the light more attention than the lamp itself. Lucenera 503 is suitable for use as a bedside lamp as the two lightbulbs are flexible and can easily be directed where the light is desired. The wall lamp can also illuminate art or other details in the home. Lucenera 505 is available in white techno fiber or black carbon fiber.
