Parmenide is a grater designed by Alejandro Ruiz for the Italian company Alessi. Made of highly polished steel and thermoplastic. Parmenide consists of two kitchen utensils in one: a serving bowl and the small attachable, detachable grater. The bowl comes in a variety of colors to choose from. Once you have grated the desired amount of cheese, remove the iron, and place it directly in the serving bowl.
