Juicy Salif is a citrus press from Alessi, designed by Philippe Starck. Juicy Salif is now iconic and has been in production since 1991. Made in a number of aluminum colors as well as finishes. Philippe Starck was inspired to design the Citrus Press during a trip to the Italian seaside. He sketched the first ideas on a napkin during a visit to a restaurant. The Citrus Press is considered one of the most iconic works of both Alessi and Philippe Starck. Juicy Salif is functional, as well as decorative and stylish.
