Peter J. Lassen 1930 – 2019

Peter J. Lassen begyndte sin karriere i den danske møbelindustri, hvor han arbejdede med nogle af de mest indflydelsesrige designere, såsom Arne Jacobsen og Verner Panton. Disse tidlige erfaringer formede hans syn på design – altid med fokus på en perfekt balance mellem form og funktion. I 1982 realiserede han sin vision ved at grundlægge Montana Furniture, hvor det modulære og fleksible reolsystem blev en central produktlinje. Disse reolsystemer, der giver brugerne mulighed for at skabe personlige konfigurationer, blev hurtigt populære og har siden cementeret sin plads som designklassikere.

Lassen var overbevist om, at møbler skal afspejle ejerens stil og behov, og Montana tilbyder netop denne mulighed. Lassens arv
