Sigvard Bernadotte 1907 – 2002 

Sigvard Bernadotte was born in 1907 as the son of Sweden's King Gustaf VI Adolf. Despite his royal background, he chose a different path and became a prominent industrial designer. After studying in Stockholm and working in Germany, he founded a design studio in Copenhagen with Acton Bjørn.
