The knife has a core of VG-MAX steel and 32 layers of Damascus steel which, together with the hammered surface, gives a beautiful pattern. The handle is made of laminated Pakka wood of brown walnut. The knife helps retain the meat juices and flavor in the meat instead of it pooling on the cutting board and slices can be cut with one long stroke.
