C-Chair Dining Chair Paper Cord is a dining chair from the Danish brand Gubi, designed by Marcel Gascoin in 1947. The chair has a hand-woven paper cord seat and back with a sturdy wooden frame available in matte lacquered black-stained oak, oiled oak, or oiled American walnut. C-Chair Dining Chair Paper Cord is at once minimalist and elegant. High functionality is balanced with the best comfort, making the iconic chair as important and modern today as it was when it first arrived.
The C-Chair Dining Chair was designed as a reaction to the compact homes of post-war France and the design fits well in both living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens. The chair is part of the Gascoin collection, which also includes the B-Table, S-Table and the Trefle stool. The C-Chair is available in several versions, including a seat and back in leather, sugar cane, or all wood.
