Bestlite BL10 - Wall Lamp was designed by Robert Dudley Best in 1930. The lamp was originally used by tailors because of its flexible arm and ability to direct light without making shadows. Today, the lamp is used as a bedside table lamp or for reading in the living room where it adds character and elegance. The wall lamp is made with a chrome-plated steel base and powder-coated aluminum lampshade.

An article in Architects Journal named Bestlite as the first evidence of the Bauhaus style in the UK. According to the article, demand for the Bestlite series increased. When Winston Churchill chose the Bestlite BL1 Table Lamp for his desk, the series instantly achieved iconic status.
