Filo is a table lamp from Italian Foscarini, designed by Andrea Anastasio in 2017. The table lamp comes from the Filo series, which also consists of wall lamps and floor lamps. The playful nature of the lamp and its artistic execution land it in the borderland between sculpture and design object, making it an interesting accessory to decorate your home with. Anastasio has used a variety of materials to create Filo, including the distinctive objects hanging from the lamp shade, coiled around the hook from the table stand.
Filo is available in eight different finishes, all with blown white glass lamp heads. Filo comes with a retrofit LED light source that emits a warm white light in the downward direction. It can of course be directed as desired, for example over hanging glass or porcelain objects. It looks great in the hallway, on the bedside table or in the living room, where it can provide light and be a contemporary sculpture at the same time. Filo comes with a 1.8 meter cable from table base to wall socket.
