The armchair CH26, designed in 1950 by Hans J. Wegner, was developed on behalf of Carl Hansen & Søn, who wanted to translate the design language from the CH22 armchair into a dining chair. However, at that time, no prototype was made, only a drawing. It was not until 2016 that the brand launched the forgotten armchair, and today it is available in several different wood types and finishes. Here, you see the dining chair CH26 in walnut with a natural-colored seat. You also find an option with a mix of both walnut and oak. In our webshop, you can also choose the CH26 entirely in oak, and there are also alternatives with a black seat.
